Apostasy

But if they turn back (from Islam), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliya' (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them. Quran 4:89.

Converting from Islam is punishable by death, which violates one’s freedom of religion and God-given right to life.

Blasphemy

Blasphemy Laws

The following countries have adopted blasphemy laws into their Penal Code under Sharia law, which violates an individual’s freedom of speech:

Country
Blasphemy Laws in Penal Code
Description
Egypt
Article 98(f)
Ridiculing or insulting religion.
Indonesia
Article 156(a)
Contempt against religion.
Pakistan
Article 295B & C
Defiling Quran;
Derogatory remarks against Mohammad.
Turkey
Article 301
Insulting Turkishness.
Tajikistan
2009 Tajik Religion Law
Criminalizes unregistered religious activity.
Uzbekistan
Article 159, 216, 244
Illegal religious organizations;
Proselytizing, distributing materials.

How Sharia law jeopardizes one's own citizenship.

Sharia law jeopardizes one’s own citizenship. In Kuwait, under Article 27 of the Constitution and Article 4(5) of the 1959 Nationality Law limits nationality to Muslims. Under Article 160 of Malaysia’s Constitution, a Malay is defined as a person who professes the religion of Islam.

This is a clear violation of an individual's universal, inalienable rights.

Jizyah - Why is theft & robbery of others permitted?

Re: Quran 9:29; Hadith Abu-Dawud 9:1571; 19:3031,3040,3047. Hadith Bukhari 53:386. Hadith Muwatta 17.24.46. Hadith Muslim 19:4294; 42:7065.

Jizyah is Unjust

Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. Quran 9:29.

Jizyah is a poll tax against non-Muslims,[1] a levy imposed on Jews and Christians.[2] Jizyah is a form of extortion,[3] to convert and humble Jews and Christians.[4] Muhammad even smiled when he saw how much had been stolen by way of the Jizyah.[5] Requiring a Jizyah tax as a tribute[6] violates individual rights to equal protection under the law, since it seeks to subdue[7] non-Muslim Jews[8] and Christians to false Islamic teachings.

Question: Why do the Islamic texts permit the immoral behavior of theft and robbery, which clearly run contrary to God's characteristics of holiness and justice?

The Prophets

Jesus was tempted as humans are, yet was without sin (Hebrews 4:15). This was necessary to set an example for humankind while he was in the flesh. However, it's important to note that he was the only one in history to not give into temptation, because he is holy and this was essential for overcoming the sin that has come about since Adam's fall (Romans 5:12; & 1 Corinthians 15:22).

Certainly, all the prophets were with sin, except for Jesus Christ the Messiah. Why? Why Jesus and how could he accomplish this? What does Jesus the Messiah (al-Masih)? It means the Anointed One who came to cleanse the world of its sins and wipe them away.

Clearly, Adam was the source of original sin who fell in the garden of Eden when he disobeyed God. As a matter of fact, if it wasn't for Adam's original sin we all might not struggle with this issue of sin nature. Moses murdered a man. David was an adulterer and murderer. Jonah disobeyed God and went in the wrong direction for some time.

In addition, how could Abraham (2100 BC) or any of the other prophets have been Muslim if they came well before Mohammad (570 AD) or the Quran? How could Abraham have built the Ka'ba if he set out for Beersheba (Genesis 22:19) and the Ka'ba wasn't created by human hands until after Mohammad? Why has the attempted sacrifice of Abraham's son so important and what did that represent? This was an illustration that foretold Jesus the Messiah's sacrifice for our sins as sinful human beings.

Was Ishmael the stone which the builders rejected, or was it Jesus Christ? Matthew 21:42 & Acts 4:10-12 makes it clear that that cornerstone was Jesus Christ (1 Peter 2:7).

Did Joseph go to Saudi Arabia or Egypt (Genesis 37:28)? Jacob also believed that his son Joseph was dead according to the Scripture (Genesis 37:31-35).

What about these so-called prophets of Ad, Hud, Thamud & Shu'aib (Quran 7:65,73,85; 9:70; 11:50,61)? Why weren't they mentioned among other prophets in Quran 4:163? If God prefers some prophets, like David, over others (Quran 17:55), would God contradict himself when he said in the earlier scripture that he does not show favoritism (Romans 2:11) and is not a respecter of persons (Acts 10:34)? Where did these so-called prophets come from all of a sudden and why were they randomly added in the Quran even though they were never mentioned in the earlier scripture of the Gospel? Clearly, they were false prophets that were added after the earlier scripture of the Gospel.

What about Mohammad, was he a false prophet? Well, Mohammad didn't reflect God's character in the following ways:
  • 1. Murder. Mohammad murdered and ordered the killing of others through Jihad. Hadith Bukhari 52:265; 59:351.

    2. Theft. Mohammad smiled at how much was stolen from non-Muslims by way of the Jizyah. Hadith Muslim 42:7065.

    3. Rape. Mohammad approved of non-Muslim women being taken captive for ransom and sex, and raped other men’s wives that he took. Hadith Bukhari 59:522; Hadith Muslim 8:3371.

    4. Adultery. Mohammad had orgies with as many as nine women at a time, even though he only permitted other Muslims to only have up to 4 wives at a time. Hadith Bukhari 62:5.

    5. Pedophilia. Mohammad took a 6 year old minor, Aisha, who hadn’t reached puberty yet and was still playing with dolls, and slept with her at the age of 9. Hadith Bukhari 58:234; 59:382.

    6. Abuse. Mohammad laughed when he slapped women. Hadith Muslim 9:3506.

    7. Slavery. Mohammad was a slave owner. Hadith Bukhari 60:435; 78:698.
In addition, Mohammad even acknowledged that he doesn't know what will be done with him or you (Quran 46:9).

Jesus the Messiah on the other hand though was the fulfillment of the prophesies of all the prior prophets. This is why Jesus also warned of false prophets to come after him, like Mohammad (Mark 13:22; Matthew 24:11). Jesus even stated the following, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to God except through me (John 14:6).

As such, Jesus was more than just a mere prophet. He is the Word of God (Kalimat Allah), His was conceived of a unique miraculous birth through the Holy Spirit, He lived a sinless life, and performed a miraculous work of healing and raising people from the dead, and the fact that he was raised to heaven and will return to judge us all according to His commandments that are found in the Gospel all speak to his supernatural life. He was not only the first one to ever claim or do these things in the history of all mankind, but the very purpose of His life was to save his people from their sins (Matthew 1:21).

Jesus' life and God's unchangeable Word definitely speaks for itself, the question is: do you believe this and are you willing to put your faith and trust in Him? 1 John 5:13.

Why is bestiality encouraged in the Islamic texts of the Hadith?

Re: Hadith Bukhari 63:251; Abu-Dawud 12:2292; Muwatta 29.33.103

Why would the Hadith encourage a widow to engage in sinful and lustful behavior by rubbing her body against an animal like a sheep, bird or donkey? Clearly, these are teachings that cannot be from a holy God.

Creation - How could God have used a man-made product, semen, to create man?

Re: Quran 16:4; 18:37.

Passages from the Quran, like Quran 16:4 & 18:37 differ from God’s Word, which says that: God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. Genesis 2:7.

No mention of semen or any other sexual discharge (nutfah). Semen is man-made, so God couldn’t have used a man-made product, semen, to create man. God simply created man from scratch, which He is very capable of doing as the all powerful Creator of all mankind.

Question remains, why is the Quranic text not accurate in its description of this account of creation?
